ZT Innovations created a three phase inverter focused on debugging motor control applications. Some of the great features of this kit are its ability to protect itself during overcurrent faults, an on-board isolated debugger, and the ability to be able to power the control portion of the inverter without needing full motor voltage. The development kit has the following specifications:

  • On board xds100v2 debugger
    •      Galvanically Isolated from the controller
  • CAN with transceiver

  • Hall sensor input with voltage level shift
  • Quadrature encoder input with voltage level shift
  • 15V external supply used to power controller
    •      Gives the option to run the drive at lower voltage during debugging
