Development Kit
ZT Innovations created a three phase inverter focused on debugging motor control applications. Some of the great features of this kit are its ability to protect itself during overcurrent faults, an on-board isolated debugger, and the ability to be able to power the control portion of the inverter without needing full motor voltage. The development kit has the following specifications:
- Contains ZT Innovations sensorless motor control software libraries
- 100A phase peak amperage
                                                    -      Hardware trip current protection on each phase

- Up to 100V DC bus voltage
- Brake resistor circuit
- Texas Instruments F280049 microcontroller
                                                    -      256kb Flash
-      100 MHz
-      32bit floating point

- On board xds100v2 debugger
                                                    -      Galvanically Isolated from the controller

- CAN with transceiver
- SPI
- UART
- Hall sensor input with voltage level shift
- Quadrature encoder input with voltage level shift
- 15V external supply used to power controller
                                                    -      Gives the option to run the drive at lower voltage during debugging
